Your subscription data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To display your subscriptions and provide management features

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All your subscription data is stored locally on your iOS device using secure iOS storage mechanisms. This data remains under your control and is protected by your device's security features, including device passcode and biometric authentication.

3.2 iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your subscription data will be stored in your personal iCloud account. This data is encrypted and transmitted using Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

3.3 Security Measures

We implement the following security measures:

• Data encryption at rest and in transit
• Secure coding practices following Apple's security guidelines
• Regular security updates and patches
• No third-party data sharing or analytics tracking

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Your subscription data is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party services. The only exception is:

• iCloud Sync: When enabled, data is synced to your personal Apple iCloud account (controlled by Apple's privacy policy)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, but since we don't collect or store your data on our servers, we have no data to disclose

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is accessible within the app at any time
• Modification: You can edit or delete any subscription entry at any time
• Deletion: You can delete all data by removing the app from your device
• Export: You can export your subscription data from within the app
• iCloud Control: You can enable or disable iCloud sync in the app settings

SubManager is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to remove such information.

7. Third-Party Services

SubManager uses the following Apple services:

• Apple StoreKit: For deep linking to App Store subscription management
• Apple iCloud: For optional data synchronization (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy)
• Apple Push Notification Service: For local notification reminders

These services are provided by Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not integrate any other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Since all data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, there are no international data transfers initiated by SubManager. If you use iCloud sync, your data may be stored in Apple's data centers according to your iCloud account settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email if you have provided one. Your continued use of SubManager after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Your subscription data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. When you delete the app, all locally stored data is automatically removed. If you use iCloud sync, data will remain in your iCloud account until you manually delete it from iCloud settings.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, since SubManager does not collect or sell personal information to third parties, these rights are inherently protected by our privacy-first design.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under GDPR. SubManager's local-first design ensures that you maintain complete control over your personal data:
